Abortion experience

At 10 weeks and one day I had a medicated abortion in my bathroom. I am currently recovering still but wanted to share my experience.

I knew later in the pregnancy that I was not ready to be a mother while in college and my relationship was affected by it very much and resulted in my boyfriend wanting to see other people However we worked things through

At 9:30am this morning I took the last four pills and almost immediately I started to cramp and bleed. The cramping was constant and only got worse and the only thing that helped was to be in the shower. Around 12pm while on the toilet, my baby was expelled from me and was fully intact with the placenta as well. This felt as if I was passing a large blood clot.

I had the support of my friend who stayed by my side throughout the process and comforted me. The cramps stopped for a few minutes but however continued afterwards just not as intense. I have been passing many blood clots since and have diarrhea as expected. I’ve decided to keep my baby in water and bury him With my boyfriend in my city.

I wanted to share my experience because not only is it hard but I had no idea what to expect and I hope this helps someone who may be experiencing the same or exploring their choices.
