Bleeding 6weeks

I am 6 weeks and last night I woke up to small spot of blood in panties. When I wipe it was some blood and a small blood clot. I went to the ER and they said it’s hard to tell. They don’t see an ectopic pregnancy and they don’t know if it’s a miscarriage. They want me to follow up Monday with my obgyn office to see if my HCG levels is rising. Fast forward I am wiping dried up blood. I am not soaking any pads. I am nervous and just wanted to talk to other moms. They did a vaginal and regular ultrasound

I had an ectopic pregnancy last month.

Should I just hope for the best and prepare for the worst
