It’s hurts so pls help? I need tips.

Hey so my boyfriend fingered me and then we also had sex yesterday. When he stuck his finger in the last time it hurt extremely bad and so he stopped but then he had blood in his fingers. My period happened a week ago so it wasn’t that but I thinking maybe that he cut and tore something down there with his nails Bc they did need trimmed. I’m spotting off and on throughout today and I’m in a lot of pain down there. It hurts to wipe and then it also burns when I sit in the bath so try to soak things in warm water. Help me. Anything that you guys have to say please tell me. I’m desperate.
