Gender reveal

I’m starting to get irritated... my mother in law, has decided to be the host for my gender reveal. Great, I love her and appreciate she’s doing this. But we’re butting heads over when to do it. She told me to pick a time between Christmas and New Years, then proceeds to tell me it has to be after New Years because several of her friends that she wants to go will be out of town. I settled for the second of January then she texts me and tells me it has to be the 9th. Might I add we already have a gender results.
