How long until first period

Hi, sorry for everyone’s loss!! I lost our baby 20th October at 10 weeks, I had an incomplete miscarriage and was bleeding for a month had fluids and the tablets for medical management when that didn’t work I had surgery and stopped bleeding a few hours after the surgery. That was 16th November and am curious as to when the first period should roughly come in. I know everyone is different but my pregnancy test come back negative like they expected but still no period I’ve had 3 miscarriages before but none needed surgery so I’m clueless. I just want to be as prepared as i can be due to bleeding very heavy when on.
