Boyfriend Covid positive

Help. I’m having panic attacks. My bf just tested positive for Covid and I cannot stop thinking about what will happen if my 15 month old son gets it. Or if I get it which seems inevitable, and cannot take care of him from being so sick. Or have to go to the hospital. Just thinking horrible thoughts of all the what if’s. Btw he has so far a very mild case stuffy nose and no taste no smell. Has anyone experienced similar situation? What was the outcome? 🙏🏼
