Confused

My bc has just been changed. I got off my period on Nov 28 and had sex. One week later I had severe soreness in my breasts and two days of light pink spotting. The sore breasts continued all week, as well as nausea and cramping. Since I had my first child, I no longer get sore breasts during my period anymore and I have never spotted in between periods. Today, my soreness just went away and I had bright red blood once in the AM, but not after that. I thought it may be my period starting a week early, but I’m not so sure now because I haven’t bled anymore. Lmao what is going on? Could I be pregnant or is this just my new birth control?

I just started on the patch. Never had side effects like this with the pill or nuvaring.
