I was not sure where to put this but I am in need of big time help here.

I work for an insurance company and have had to step away from my desk and am unable to complete tasks at work properly to their expectation. Reason being is I am also home taking care of my almost 9 month old son whom has seizures which are uncontrolled so I of course have to walk away from my desk. I have lost all motivation to keep up with work because I want to tend to my sons needs but long story short I am on the verge of being fired because of it.

Once I am fired we will no longer be able to pay for our home, our car, and we loose our insurance. Which means we will loose his team of doctors.

My supervisor advised me i should get on disability to care for him but I honestly know nothing.

How can I get financial/insurance help without working?
