Heat rash or could it be something else??? Freaked out feel like it’s kinda spreading out

I have large breasts and this happens when I don’t wear a bra and I sweat. I wipe with cotton ball or tissue soaked in rubbing alcohol which hurts like a mother to dry it out. It stings pretty bad for a minute. Then I use stick deodorant on it every morning and night to keep it dry until it goes away.
