Will PP accept my insurance?

You guys probably see this question asked a lot but I can’t wait until Planned Parenthood calls me back (they have to submit my insurance info and etc). I have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO through my employer and live in Illinois. I’ve called my insurance provider and dug through the website and haven’t really gotten any actual answer on if this abortion pill (not plan b) would be covered and it’s stressing me out. My boyfriend says he will cover any out of pocket costs but regardless I just want to prepare myself for surprises. Can anyone help? Will I actually be covered or should I expect to pay out of pocket? 😕
Most of the women’s clinic in my area won’t even do abortions or have quoted me $400+ dollars and tell me they won’t take my insurance...which is weird.

I know PP takes insurance but a lot of insurance companies won’t cover the costs of abortion which is awful. I know that is a main insurance company and is very large so there’s a good chance they’ll cover some of the costs. I would just prepare for the worst of costs and then be pleasantly surprised if they cover some or all of it.
I’m sorry i know that’s not a definite answer! I hope they do cover it. I got mine about 10 years ago and I had to pay $600 out of pocket at planned parenthood. But I feel like I remember my friend getting one and her insurance covered some of the costs. I didn’t have insurance at the time.

I had blue cross when I had mine and they would only cover the surgical procedure and I still had to pay $500 out of pocket. (I live in texas)
