Military move claim question

Hey all! Working on filling out my military move claim and was hoping someone might be able to help with a question or two. We have a few items that I’m not sure what “claim amount” or “purchase price” should be...

1. We have a few furniture items my husband made that were damaged. The purchase price was 0 or I guess maybe the cost of materials, but obviously that’s not the value of the item.

2. We have a few items that we bought off market place or got 2nd hand for free. Like my son’s ride on Jeep, that we got a great deal on & trusted it was in good condition, but no way I could replace for the $50 we spent. Or his train table that was gifted to us 2nd hand.

Any direction would be helpful, haven’t found much online 😕.
