Has anyone had low iron during their pregnancy?

Was anyone told that they have low iron? If so did you have any symptoms thinking you might have that?￼

I've had low iron with both of my pregnancies and unfortionatly it has been worse with my second. I experience dizzy spells as well as visual disruptions that look like lightning bolts flashing. Sometimes whenever it is really low my limbs almost feel heavier and "asleep", mostly in my arms.

I have low iron, was diagnosed somewhere in the 20 ish weeks area. I just take an iron pill. I'm 37 weeks now. I didn't have any symptoms.

At 24 weeks I was put on oral iron 3x a day. I had headaches and was super tired. My blood is checked regularly due to a disorder I have, so my hematologist caught the low iron early.
