Should I make my husband a hospital basket?

I was going to do a bunch of yummy snacks, drinks, a few shirts that say “Dad”, some socks, toiletries, etc. anyone else doing anything like this?

I think this is super cute, I think you just inspired me to do the same lol my husband has been taking care of all our finances so I can be at home this pregnancy due to a hemorrhage and then due to the fact that I was working with covid patients and now it’s best if I stay home till birth.

I didnt but its adorable. Now i might do this for my husband when our second in due in May. For our first though i did pack him some of his favorite snacks and whatnot though but nothing overly special

I’ll pack his bag for him while I’m packing mine but he’s never entertain me with wearing “dad” stuff

It’s a nice gesture, but I would have him pack his own bag so he is confident he has everything that he needs. My husband was responsible for his bag and I was responsible for mine and baby’s. Snacks we did together but they were mostly for him.

His clothes went right in the backpack with mine and the baby's. I did bring a bag of snacks for both of us because I was sure the snack room wouldn't be open to daddies these days. I definitely wasn't going to make him a gift basket like he was the one going through an ordeal.

I think that's super sweet. I did something similar when I moved to college & got him sweats, toothbrush, & slippers he could leave at my place. He still talks about it (7 years later!). It was simple, but he thought it was great & that's what's most important.
