I removed my IUD with the Menstrual Cup

So long story fucking short, and I'm so upset that I'm crying. Lady period has given me the worst menstrual cycle ever. I recently switched to the Menstrual Cup and I think I regret it. As I was changing it, I felt something abnormal, only to to come and see at the end of the cup is my fuckin I.U.D.! Like what in the actual fuck. I've already made my appointment back to Planned Parenthood. Really not wanting to get it reinserted cause it hurt like a mother the first time. Btw I've had my IUD for almost 4 years!!! Just a heads up for you ladies if you plan to use a menstrual cup with an IUD(Mirena).
