What is this rash??

I had made a post earlier in the month about a rash on my wrist that I got from wearing my Fitbit. I stopped wearing the Fitbit as soon as I noticed the rash and started using cortisone cream, but it kept getting bigger. So I assumed it might be ringworm. I’m almost on my second week of antifungal cream and it’s still getting bigger. Sometimes it will itch but not all the time and it doesn’t hurt. It also doesn’t act or look like any ringworm ive ever had. I plan on calling the dr on Monday once I’ve hit the two week treatment of antifungal cream. For reference I’m posting a picture from my first post and then what it looks like now. Any ideas?
