Uncertain 🤨 discharge

Ok so, I went to the doctors office this morning to see if I have a yeast infection and she said there is one coming on because of my discharge I was having. There has been no itching or no order at all 🙅🏽‍♀️. After being out all day and I haven’t been drinking water at all. I had wiped and it was the white discharge but a very light yellow to it. Almost like a bombshell color. It wasn’t bright yellow or a dark yellow or green like. I will say my pee has been bright yellow lately cause I haven’t been drinking water. So I was wondering like if that normal? Or is it just my pee also on it. Also it’s been white down there and on the inside.
