35w2d extreme hip and back pain, anyone else?

Y'all I can barely walk, I went to the chiropractor yesterday and feel a tiny bit better but still am limping like I sprained my ankle! Tylenol doesn't work for me so I'm just miserable... I know I can't be the only one.
