Birth control after baby

After I have my son in February I’m wanting to get on birth control but I’m wanting something long term with the least amount of side effects... I’ve never been on a permanent birth control before so I’d love some input on what worked for you in the past and maybe some pros and cons?? I’m 24 and this will be my 2nd, my daughter is 17 months and baby boy is due in a few weeks :) thank you!
