So I’ve been trying with my husband for 7-8 months to have our third child and it just isn’t happening. I had a chemical pregnancy about 3 months ago and my provider told me it was probably stress related (insert eye roll).

I’ve started maca root and progesterone cream after ovulation this month and last and I feel a huge difference in my hormones and mood(in a good way). However, this month I’ve picked back up on my workouts and healthy lifestyle (I fell off over quarantine). Should I hold off on trying until I get back to my goal weight or should be keep it up? I feel like working out intensely and focusing on my fitness makes me stress way less, but I’m currently overweight and don’t want to cause any major hormonal shifts by cutting fat. Has anyone had any success ttc while also losing weight or am I sabotaging my chances?
