Postpartum bleeding.

Hey mommas I’m currently 4 weeks postpartum and I haven’t stopped bleeding since I gave birth. There was a day in my second week where I had the slightest pink spotting but then it got heavy again and even now at 4 weeks I’m seeing quarter sized clots coming out. I had went to the doctor a week and a half postpartum for possible mastitis and the lady asked if my period had started yet but I haven’t stopped bleeding. My doctor saw my bleeding but wasn’t worried about it. However at 4 weeks it still hasn’t stopped. I don’t know if this is normal. It’s so heavy I’m using a giant maxi pad.
