tmi maybe? motivation to brush my teeth

i know this seems stupid and it’s probably gross to some people, but I seriously struggle with my oral hygiene. My mental health is absolutely trash and finding the motivation to brush my teeth is just so difficult. I have bipolar and was at one point on a medication for it that causes tooth decay and it took quite a hit on me. none of me teeth decayed but i got so many cavities- like an above average amount and my dentist said that was why. But ever since one of the worst side effects of my mental illnesses is y crappy oral hygiene. Honestly probably every one of my teeth has had a filling at some point. My mouth is already incredibly sensitive and has been since I was little so brushing my teeth and flossing just hurts. Its embarrassing and it grosses me out but it’s so difficult. how can i motivate myself to do it? are there any apps that help? or have any of you struggled with it and found something that worked? It’s been going on for over 2 years and I hate going to my 6 month appointment just for them to tell me I have 3 more cavities:((
