Need recommendations for maternity clothes?

The store i went to for my last pregnancy has permentantly closed. I need some pants and its about in the 40⁰ to 50⁰ range where i live and it gets extremELY hot here. 
What are some good pants that might last my pregnancy but aren't expensive? And just maternity in general?
