Elvie or Willow for Very Small Breasts?

Has anyone tried a pump like the elvie or willow on small breast’s? Regular pump even with bra would have to hold flanges on to get good suction. Wondering if these hands free would press into smaller chest and work well?

The Elvie! You just need a well fitting supportive black bra!

I have the Elvie and although it is great for walking around, the suction is too low and I don't get enough milk out of it. Plus it takes ages.
The medela is quick and you can collect enough in 5 to 10 minutes. Great suction power
