Bleeding randomly

I’ve been TTC again since October, and I’ve been bleeding right before my period should start (sometimes a few days before and once a whole week and a half before). I’m worried something is wrong with me, my partner has conceived before, and my doctors say nothing is wrong with me. I don’t know what to do... I know when I bleed early I’m not pregnant, how do I stop this? What more can I do to better my chances? I’m lost and confused.

I’m also worried that my partner and I have too rough of sex and that causes it, but not every time is hella rough... anyone have advice?d
