Formula Feeding

Okay so I cannot breast feed due to production and nipple issues.

For my first child I pumped until we found out he was milk protein intolerant so he couldn’t have my milk and had to be on special hypoallergenic formula this was around 6 weeks.

For my second child I pumped until she was hospitalized for a small surgery and got an infection that left her temporarily unable to process milk proteins and when she was cleared she wouldn’t take my breast milk anymore - she ended up on formula from 16 weeks on.

Now I’m coming up on my due date with my third. My eldest is 4 and because of COVID he’s at home with me as is my 19 month old second child (obviously) now I’m just so torn about how to feed this baby. I hate pumping it makes me miserable feeding every 1.5 hours then pumping for 20 minutes then cleaning and sterilizing and drying everything for another 10 leaves me with an hour for my other children/ myself before I have to do it all over again. Is it wrong of me to just start this babe out on formula? I feel so guilty either way - either shafting my my other kids on time or giving this one formula. Because everyone always says breast is best. I’m feeling lost and hopeless already and she’s not even earth side yet.
