Diaper rash cream/remedies

I’m a second time mom and I feel like I’ve been posting here more than with my first 😂. Baby boy has a diaper rash and since our daughter never had diaper rash I’m so lost. We put Bourdouex (probably spelling it wrong) on it but it didn’t do anything. We switched to Destin extra strength which seems to be helping but there are little blisters (I think they’re blisters) around his little butthole. He cries with every diaper change, I feel so bad for him. The dr opens at 8am tomorrow so I’ll be calling them. In the meantime anyone have any recs?
