Instagram problem

Idk if this has happened to anyone else but I was unfollowing a lot of people on ig who didn’t follow me back. I guess I unfollowed too many people too fast so Instagram logged me out. I was able to log back in but for the past week whenever I try to like,comment, follow/ unfollow it says “action blocked” it was supposed to expire today (the 11th) but so far hasn’t. I’ve experienced this before but it normally only lasts hours not days. Has anyone else had this happen. Do u know what to do? Should I jus leave it be?
