Moving to fast?

Me and my bf have been dating for about a year in March. And tonight I just wanted to see where he saw this going. Like moving in together and just what he sees this ending up at. His answer was I don’t plan ahead whatever happens happens. When we cross that bridge we will talk about it. I feel offended because I feel like we just been doing bare minimum in our relationship. No I love yous. We both live with our parents. And obviously sex is hard to do since both families are LDS. But the answer of him not wanting to plan until we cross that just caught me off guard. Is that normal would you be offended or should I just let it go and just go on like we have been?

If you haven’t said I love you then I don’t think you should really be looking for more. In my experience people usually say I love you sooner than your situation, and I think that that should come out before you think of taking it a step further because I don’t see a point in moving in with someone or thinking about a future with someone who hasn’t even professed their love for you.

A year and no “I love you”s? Next. That is too long to waste on someone that doesn’t get your goat and you don’t get theirs.

Reflect on what you want. What do you want the end goal to be? That could be a red flag if you want the end goal to be marriage and a future together. If sex is okay but marriage isn't an option then that may be something you should think deeper about. If there are educational, financial goals, etc., he wants to accomplish before marriage then find that out. I think this is a great point in your relationship to see where it is going. You deserve to know where the relationship is going. ❤

It really depends on you and your desire. I think more women should be aware of where they are in life and what they desire. Some women are content with just having their bf. Some women hv time frames of what they are willing to invest according to commitment later. Depending on your age And where u are in life.... i go from there. I say arounf 20, 21 people should be coming up with a plan of where they want to go and at minimum start a plan. If that means college, a trade, or moving up in the workplace there should be a plan. Also after that age there should be discussion of building a life together. 
    Id examine my own life to make sure im pushing forward in life. Then id examine him as a partner. When dating u should learn and ovserve a persons visiom for their life and their life goals. If they have none or dont seem to be pursuing anything concrete id reconsider. Is he complacent in other areas of his life as well... or only u and this relationship.

Well one year isn’t that long honestly. So he might want to be together longer before he wants to move in with you. You haven’t even told each other “I love you” yet. 
I think you should reach that goal first.
I think you should just enjoy being with him and have fun. Don’t ruin the relationship by trying to rush it.
