Are you on birth control?

Question

I stopped taking birth control years ago. I’m surprised to know that a few other women around me also stopped using birth control and has been doing the pull out/calendar method. 
This is not to promote unprotected sex. I’m curious to know how many sexually active women are using birth control vs. how many aren’t.

I stopped intentionally to conceive, but when we're done I'm also not going back on it. My husband can do what he wants, and we can use non-chemical methods (condoms, etc) but I'm never taking birth control again.

No, I’m pregnant so there wouldn’t be much point. I’ll be getting an IUD after birth.

I was on birth control for 11 years. Quit at 25 when trying to conceive. Took 4 years and IVF to conceive due to underlying infertility. Now that I have my son, I’m back on birth control since it helps with my suspected endometriosis (specialist chose not to do the surgery to find out if I actually have it since I have all symptoms but went through with IVF. No need for surgery in that case- we have another frozen embryo). 
Birth control allows me to have periods that don’t hinder my ability to do daily tasks. Those 4 years off birth control were hell. I couldn’t even get out of bed and would be nauseas from the pain.

I don’t take birth control, and I’ve had 2 babies. After 1 of them I didn’t get pregnant until about 8 months after. I was trying then...with my second its been 3 months. I haven’t gotten pregnant. I use the pull out method, and I just do oral when I ovulate.

No I got pregnant doing the pull out method after doing it for a year. I was in shock cause we were always careful. It is not reliable. I even tracked when I was ovulating. Personally I will be getting on birth control. The IUD matter of fact

We use condoms.  My.cycles are not regular enough to use FAM.

i went with this method 6 years ago, even when i’m done having kids i will continue. my body has thanked me!!
