Just found out i have Crohn’s disease

We were trying for a baby when suddenly I had intense GI symptoms last month. Bleeding with diarrhea and abdominal cramps etc. went to a GI doc and did a colonoscopy and sure enough she found ulcers in my colon. I’m 29 years old with no family history for it. Idk what meds i will be started on but I’m just feeling very discouraged with planning a pregnancy around this chronic illness and how it will affect us getting pregnant or the actual pregnancy. 💔

I guess I’m just looking for some encouragement/success stories of anyone that can relate. I already have a 2 year old and was hoping to have a few more kids 😞
