Any one have trouble TTC because of Crohns

I was diagnosed with Crohns in 2010 I had my son in 2006 and daughter in 2008 and didn’t have any issues getting pregnant with either. Since because diagnosed with Crohns I have had a bowl resection surgery removing part of my small intestine and colon. I’ve been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 years and nothing except this time last year I did get pregnant but had a MC at 5-6 weeks. Anyone have issues due to possible scar tissue from Crohns ?
