Weight help!

Dear mommies!

I have a problem.

I am working out daily.

I'm not eating too much (also not too little)

I am almost 6 months pp and gave birth with c-section.

breastfeeding unfortunately didn't work out for us, which has left a mental strain on me, however babywearing does kind of help fill that hole with me. I know it might not be totally healthy but it's not like I'm having a baby attached to me all day long, but I do like to take a walk once a day with him and he loves it.

Combined with that I am doing more straining exercises, I take a lot of stairs, do squats, I do planking, I step and I use a stepping board and I do some dancing. All together about 1,5 hrs a day excluding the walk.

I lost 15 kg the first month after giving birth.

Since then I've been gaining and I am almost thesame weight as when I was 9 months pregnant. I honestly can't understand how or why. But by gaining this weight, I feel it's becoming a horrible strain on my body, my ankles are sore, my knees get sore when I'm putting a lot of weight on it and not sure what I did there but my wrist has been extremely sore the last few weeks.

I currently weigh almost 92kg. (=202lbs)

I just want to feel fit again 😔

Before pregnancy I weighed 72kg (=158lbs)

Small edit:

I was already checked by my physician who referred me to a cardiologist but the outcome was that there shouldn't be a problem for me to exercise or to get fit.
