Night time squirming

Hi,

My little joy is 8 weeks old tomorrow.

Whenever put down for a nap or to sleep he would start squirming and throwing his hands everywhere, kicking and rubbing his head against the mattress. He is doing this while he is asleep although sometimes he wakes himself up. What could this be? Has any of your babies been doing the same? I'm suspecting silent reflux or just super winds but don't know for sure. I'm a FTM so could as well just be super sensitive and questioning everything. Thanks
