Prenatal exercises on Peloton

Today I noticed Robin Arzon on peloton is pregnant! She has some really good prenatal exercise routines that I bookmarked for later. And the one I did today was really nice to do. She kept mentioning pelvic floor and how to use our workouts and postures to help strengthen it. So empowering for women. Hope you can enjoy them too! I don’t even own the bike, I just use the app for running, yoga and strength and I think it’s worth it 💯%
