First post on IG for his Birthday????SOS😭

We are unofficially dating for about a year... we went on a baecation to tulum not long ago and it was my gift like I payed for his flight and hotel and did the rest, it was all fun and flowed so nicely 🌊🌊🌊we def made our bond stronger until I found out he was entertaining a girl saying he wanted to go to Miami with her in the dms ..... it was terrible and it was the only time we’ve had an argument cuz he has proven to be very invested in building a relationship I was ready to break up with him and then he just couldn’t stop insisting me he loved me and begging for forgiveness with flowers and all of it. We moved on I forgave him ... we’ve never posted together but I can’t fight the urge cuz I really want to.. I’m just afraid that because 1. We aren’t official he has not asked me out and 2. He has not posted me / he likes to keep it private .He’s not completely private though like I know his family and hang with his friends, New Years, etc but I just don’t know what is appropriate or I’m afraid how he would react I am also private although my friends now of him , I just feel like it’s time to post even without a tag.

I’m def overthinking it and if I story post should I keep it simple ? Just one pic or 3
