Need relationship/life advice

Sooo this is going to come off as extremely selfish, but I’ve been struggling with anxiety over it sooo idrc. I have been with my love for 4 years now, and have lived together for a year, before that we lived with my mom for 6 months.

Soooo, his whole family (mom dad and sister) are coming to live with us,

I am not happy about it (of course he doesn’t know that)

My mom is also coming to live with us this match (which is awesome, we love her)

, anyways, I need my privacy, I want to have sex in the living room like we do every night, I don’t want to wear a bra eveeyday like I am freeeaaaking out. We don’t have a lot of money. So I have a lot of things to worry about. If they don’t pay rent, do we get the master bedroom?

My mom is gonna pay some rent, so she will get the bedroom downstairs separately and have privacy. But we will be sharing two bedroom two bath upstairs, who gets the master? We are students and need room for desks and bookcases. I need serious advice. I do not want to live with them. Their life is so bad in the country they are coming from, so I cannot tell him that I can’t support his family. HELP
