Milk supply help
So my one breast produces an ounce less than my other one. Is there anyway I can increase its supply? I pump them each at the same time for about an hour. I'm pumping for twins so I need to be getting the same amount from each side. I'm pumoing every 3-5 hours, drinking a decent amount of water, and have been eating oatmill.
