Cheating?

I’m 26 year old. When I was 10 I meet a guy in school and since then I fell in love with him. He didn’t care about me at 1st but the later we dated until high school. I actually married that same guy. We had a lot of promo our relationship as bf and gf. We have 3 kids now and not to long ago he told me he cheated at the beginning of our marriage amd now idk what to do. We been married for 7 years but idk someone please tell me your opinions 🥺 I need to clear my head and make the right decisions
