Condom malfunction!

So my boyfriend and I are freaking out because we had sex and the condom broke! He says he pulled out right away because he felt the condom get really dry and then felt the rip. He didn't even cum but we just don't want to take the risk and need some reassurance. We plan on picking up some plan B in the morning.
