Gross picture!!! TMI

This started off as a pimple but I popped it now i thought it was just an ingrown hair or something at first but it filled with puss and I do normally get pimples down here and now it looks like this I was scared to shave it but I’m getting a wax Thursday morning and will this cause problems. I’m not sure what this is. The top part had a scab on it that came off. Does anyone know what to do? When I squeeze it nothing comes out but it still feels like something is in there
