My 5 month old has this crusty stuff in her leg creases. what is this??

Poor thing! It's extremely dry skin. Most likely eczema and is likely very painful. 
I would get some eczema lotion or ointment for babies and put that on there.

Really inflamed eczema. You don't really want to scrub it out. You need to get a thick moisturizer on that asap. Its probably causing baby quite a bit of pain right now

Lukewarm bath, pat dry, and aquaphor the snot out of it. Might be at the point of needing a steorid cream. My son got horrible eczema in the same spot, and when I finally had them prescribe a cream it was gone in 3 days and hasn't come back since.

Looks like there may be some yeast to it in that crease. Does it have an odor? It’s common in areas like that t where moisture easily gets trapped. The most important thing is to keep it clean and dry, but may need some cream from a doc to treat it

I use Dove baby lotion for my baby. The eczema treatment specifically. It has done wonders for his bad skin. I'd give that a shot!
