Communication board for toddlers

Soo my 19month lo has been whining all the time! I think it’s because she can’t completely speak yet and she gets frustrated. My friend suggested printing out a bunch of pictures to get her to try and point to and communicate what she wants. My question is, is there already a “communication board” out there that I can buy that’s ready to use? I don’t have the time to

make one, lol.
