My baby doesn’t get good sleep... tips?

I’ll change diaper before feeding and after feeding, burp and he’ll go down. 
Then 15-30 min after he’ll pee and wake up then it’s the same process all over again 
Or I’ll give him a binky bc he just ate but won’t go down

My daughter is a little over 2 weeks old. For night time I nurse her, change her, swaddle her in her miracle blanket, burp her and then put her in her basinet. We have white noise playing pretty loud and her basinet is right next to our bed. She sleeps 3 and 2 hour stretches, wakes up to nurse then goes back to sleep. All of these things together have helped us get better sleep.  I’m hoping as she ages she will sleep longer stretches but I know right now she is cluster feeding. When they are this little it’s so normal for sleep to be choppy.
