And are you at your heathly weight right now?Mine’s 130 lbs and actually I’m weighing 158 lbs.So still need 28 lbs to loose but I’m extra confident,it’s like that fat is running away from me ~slowly but surely every week.

I'm 4'11" and my healthy weight for my build is about 130. I'm at 190 right now and feel like absolute shit. Every time I try to lose weight, I end up gaining it. I want desperately to change, but its hard.
