I really need help losing weight

Hi I am 23 and 5’6” and I weigh 180 this is the heaviest I’ve ever weighed. I stand on my feet all day at work and it’s exhausting!!! I want to get back to 130 but I don’t know how or what to do. I’m very bad at consistency and holding back when it comes to food. Can someone give me tips, also I don’t have access to a gym so maybe some at home tips????
