Is my baby constipated?

Question

If he poops every other day like a small piece of adult poop, does that mean he’s constipated?
He’s 9 months ebf on solids but we’re worried about his poops. We’re feeding only fruits and veggies and he gets lots of exercise but still hard poops

Try to make “poo-helping” foods a regular part of the daily menu. For my son, prunes worked great (we were BLW so I just soaked the whole ones in warm water for a bit to rehydrate them some and then cut them into pieces appropriate for his age). With my daughter, pumpkin worked best. Bananas became a special, occasional thing, not more than two days a week and only half of a small one at most. Apricots, pears, peaches are good options too. Sometimes it can be caused by baby getting too much fiber, in which case you may want to steer clear of apples a bit too. Just depends on the baby. Beans are good too. Black eyed peas were another favorite!

Give him water. If you can get some lotion and rub the back of his knees/legs if you feel little knots try to rub them out. 
Lie your his back and use both hands to put gentle pressure on his abdomen. Start at the right lower side of your abdomen. Slowly make circles in a clockwise direction using gentle pressure. Then, use the palm of your right hand to apply gentle pressure to the inside of his hip bone. Do this twice a day until he makes a bowel movement. It works but you got to do it.
