Help I need advice

Would it be stupid to go to the emergency room for a very bad itchy and some pain. I have an appointment in 10 day with my OBGYN but I’m so uncomfortable I talk to an online doctor he said it was a yeast infection gave me meds but it doesn’t seem to be helping I took the first one 8 hours ago
