Sleep sack or no sleep sack?

My baby is 14 months. She's been walking well for over a month now, and has been walking around in her crib. The issue is, she's wearing a sleep sack. I can just see her getting tripped up and busting her face on the crib railings. So now I'm struggling with whether or not to continue with a sleep sack or not.

We've used some kind of swaddle or sleep sack or sleep suit since she was born. I tried for a while to let her take naps with no sleep sack and they were horrible naps. 30 mins tops. I tried it for a little over a week and had to stop because wasn't sleeping enough. So I was thinking of a sleep sack with feet, except I'm afraid her little feet will get cold, which they do even with the sleep sack on. Some mornings her little feet are like ice.

So then I thought of just giving her a blanket, but she goes on a grand tour of her crib every night. She tosses and turns and rolls around. She never stays in one position for long. I'm afraid she would get tangled up in a blanket or end up with it covering her face up or something.

So I'm kinda on the fence. Sleep sacks with feet are $20 each minimum from what I can find. I don't want to buy 1 or 2 and hate them and end up not using them anyway. And at some point in her life we have to go to blankets anyway. But it still makes me nervous.
