IUI meds

Just wondering what others are taking for the IUIs. I’m currently taking clomid 100 mg days 3-7 and then 7-my peak 75 units of Menopur. I just completed my 2nd IUI and bfn this month. I had a 25 follicule and several smaller ones. My lining in the mid cycle ultrasound was lower then they would like. I got pregnant on my 3rd IUI in 2019 and the only thing different was I was taking baby aspirin daily. So I think I will start that again. I was thinking of asking my doctor to up my Menopur or start me on estrogen or something to help thicken my lining. I’m just feeling defeated today but not giving up. It worked once it will again.
