Talking about the future

My boyfriend and I are both sophomores in college. With that, in 2 years we will be out in the real world. It’s been 3 years of us dating and we both talk about how are so perfect for each other and never want things to end. But we never talk about our future together. If we talk about the future, it’s individual. I’m scared to bring up us moving in together after college or speak of anything other than the upcoming summer or winter breaks. When’s a good time to talk about what is coming after college? Whoever has had a relationship throughout college- what were these conversations like for you and your significant other? I dont know what to do or how to bring this up but I want to talk about it
